ANTI-BULLYING

Here at Seton our Junior Leadership Team (JLT) are also our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. They know what to look out for and what to do if anyone needs help. They are easily identifiable during breaktimes, as they wear high visibility vests, and the other children know that they are there to help. Anti- Bullying Ambassadors are trained, passionate young people who will stand up to bullying behaviour and believe they can change things for the better.

Out Junior Leadership Team led an assembly to launch anti-bullying week 2023.

Take a look at the wonderful video Class 1 put together to raise awareness.

Miss Laven also shared the story 'The Huge Bag of Worries' which taught the children about sharing their worries, and not keeping them locked away. Each class was given a 'Worry Box' so they have somewhere they can post a message to their teacher, if they need to share a worry.

All children are given a wallet sized NSPCC card so that they have someone else to reach out to, if needed.

We do not tolerate any form of bullying at Seton School.

You MUST TELL SOMEONE if you are being bullied.

Here is some information to help you understand more about bullying.
