Concerns and Complaints

Our aim is to work in partnership with parents and families to ensure we always provide the highest levels of service.  From time to time, concerns will arise which are usually resolved quickly and efficiently through an early discussion with the class teacher or the headteacher.   We operate an `open-door' policy, by which we endeavour to respond to parents' concerns promptly through making ourselves available for discussion as much as we possibly can.

On occasions where families feel that their concern or complaint has not been resolved to their satisfaction, there is a clear complaints procedure which is outlined in our Complaints Policy.  Click here to download a copy or ask in the school office if you prefer a printed version.  For your convenience, a `Complaint Form' is included on page 9.  This can also be collected from the school office or can be downloaded via the following link:  Complaints Form.
