If you are worried about something, don’t keep it inside. Tell an adult that you know and trust.

As you begin to talk about it, you will feel so much better and the adult can help you feel less worried.

You can tell a trusted adult any of your worries or concerns but if you would feel more comfortable writing them down then you can also write them in the worry box in your class.

Don’t ever think you’re alone.

Remember that even if something is happening outside of school that is making you worried, you can still tell your teacher or any other adult in school.

You MUST also tell someone if something that worries or upsets you happens while you are ONLINE.  There are lots of fun and interesting things you can do on the internet, but it’s important to understand how to stay safe online.
